THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT THING AN INDIVIDUAL CAN DO FOR THEIR HEALTH IS EXERCISE REGULARLY.
Personal Training sessions are individually designed to meet the clients goals whether that is to lose weight, run a marathon or just be fit for life!
Our group sessions are high intensity with a have a variety of different movements in it. We add a teamwork element to the classes as much as possible, along with our staple 'FUEL' style workouts.
Some things we do in class are sprints, pushing, pulling, squatting & hinging. There are also dumb bells, kettlebells, sleds and battle ropes along with many other accessory items that we may incorporate into our sessions.
