FUEL aim to inspire & empower their clients  to take control of their lives & training. 

 

We are committed to each individual and will work alongside you to achieve your personal training targets, monitor your progress and lead you towards the goals you want to accomplish. We get great satisfaction from working as Personal Trainers in Twickenham, Richmond, Wimbeldon & South West London area and from sharing our knowledge and experience with others giving you the Olympic Standard in Training.

 

We boast a fantastic success rate and many of our PT clients have referred us to friends. Whatever your goal we are committed to getting you there.

Alice is in one word, a 'Machine'. A firm believer in working hard. You could say her abs are testiment enough to her sessions, but Alice's sessions make beastmode look like a cuddly toy. Alice will go the extra mile to ensure you get the most out of your session with her.  Alice is FUELs own superwoman, bringing an incredible energy to every session which focuses on technique. With a belief in simple, effective training, you’ll sweat, you’ll hurt, you'll push right out of your comfort zone...but you’ll smile doing it.

Jo is an honest and direct trainer, Jo's ethos is simple, show up and leave nothing in the tank. Watch your body transform through powerful workouts FUELled by energy! There is no where to hide in her sessions, she will be everywhere. She'll keep you working for it until the very end! Helping you step well out of your comfort zone to a whole other level, you didn't even know existed. 

Jas is committed to providing you with the right support, coaching and knowledge to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Her aim is to create sessions designed to work you hard within a functional training framework. Being a competitive athlete Jas knows how to push you hard and to levels you didn't know were possible.

Duncan brings huge energy to the FUEL Team. With positivity and motivation in abundance.Duncan studied S&C at St Marys University & is here to help individuals achieve their health & fitness goals. A firm believer that working towards a goal shouldn’t be complicated. The journey will however require hard work, consistency and willpower but should also be enjoyable.
