FUEL Performance is our Athlete performance program. Our trainers work with young athletes seeking to build a solid foundations and seasoned professionals looking to get an edge at the highest levels of competition. Our programs will ensure you can reach your maximum potential, maintain your performance  and excel on and off the court/field!

MORE THAN JUST A TRAINER!

We will educate you throughout the training process, so that you attain a better understanding of your body and its own requirements. Through applied science, objective and subjective assessment and custom training programs we will help athletes maximise their full performance potential in sport.

 

YOUTH ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT (AGES 6-11)

FUEL's  Youth Athlete Development is for any child aspiring to be a future athlete. This is the perfect age to get started as the brain has the most plasticity between ages 6-14 for learning gross motor development. With this unique opportunity, and our expertise we plan fun, challenging 45-minute sessions that teach proper movement skills and speed learning by developing neuro-motor pathways.

Each session, FUEL Coaches teach proper mechanics for running and coordination development, as well as include appropriate bodyweight and resistance exercise to better strength.

ATHLETE ACADEMY (AGES 12 & UP)

FUEL's Athlete Academy is for any athlete wanting to maximize their abilities and become a pro & compete on the world stage. Whether you’re a professional athlete or going into Secondary School/College, we will teach you the skills needed in-order to increase your level of success. From training with FUEL, you will move faster, react quickly, and be explosive. With FUEL's unique long-term performance model athletes will continue to increase their physical abilities.

Bring the FUEL Academy into your school OR Club giving your athletes and teams the best opportunity for success. FUEL will provide a training program that will work for all athletes and sports, strategise a plan to optimize teams workout sessions in the weight room, and increase camaraderie amongst athletes and staff. Your team will increase their success with strength, speed, and explosiveness.

All our Athlete programs  include pre/post testing, performance training customises to the individual needs of the athlete and their sport, as well as nutritional guidance for athletes.
